PCS Next Stage: Connecting Data, Models, and Interface

The next stage follows the Observations → S(t) → R(t) → Λ(t) → L(t) → optional L(t) chain with reproducible validation.

PCS now has a public presentation layer, research framework, data proxy, and Observatory prototype. The next stage examines observations, PCS common state S(t), empirical residual state R(t) where applicable, UCT effective constraint state Λ(t), and constraint vector L(t) before testing an optional scalar L(t).

The sequence includes source reliability, unit and baseline harmonization, missing-data handling, uncertainty, historical backtesting, model sensitivity, and out-of-sample validation. When data do not support scalar compression, the result is HOLD or rejection.
