The research-site message feature has expanded from one-off submissions into a conversation interface. Visitors can send a message through Live Message and continue reading administrator replies, while the administration view groups messages by conversation and supports approval, rejection, spam, hiding, and deletion.
This remains a moderated research-contact channel rather than a public chat room. Private conversation content is not automatically published to the message board, and email or administrator-only information is never exposed publicly.
