Exchange Operators Connect Earth Systems and Civilization

JE, JM, JI, and JC represent energy, mass, information, and control exchanges among PCS subsystems.

PCS uses exchange operators JE, JM, JI, and JC to describe movements of energy, mass, information, and control among atmosphere, ocean, ecosystems, cities, industry, and information systems. They provide relational structure beyond isolated indicators.

At present these operators are mathematical interfaces at the framework level. Each requires explicit observables, direction, units, conservation constraints, and error models before operational computation.
