PCS Observatory exposes data-layer state through Connector Health and Earth System Layer Control. The interface identifies connected sources such as NASA GISTEMP and NOAA Mauna Loa CO₂, while Sea Level, NDVI, NSIDC Sea Ice, NASA GPM IMERG, and NASA FIRMS are marked Waiting or Planned where appropriate.
This status design keeps a research preview verifiable: unavailable connections are stated rather than hidden behind simulated values. The Evidence Ledger and data-to-state pipeline also preserve the layers Observation, Connector, Validation, Engine, PCS State, Observatory, and Human + AI Review.
